It doesn’t use the machine oil to operate this product. The traditional floor spring has high pressure inside , it’s from hydraulic by oil operation. Because the oil flow to the big range inside. If any light defect of quality control happened during manufacture , the product may oil leakage when the user received or after 1-2 months use only. This problem harass a lot of consumer for a long time

The door closing time may one second only(speed too fast) after oil leakage or performance reduced on traditional product and the close force is heavy, then it’s easy to hit and hurt user(speed+force). The closing time form 90° to 0° is more than 3 seconds on this product even if light door and the valve adjusted to the highest speed. The close force is less than half of traditional product. So this product never hurt user. Therefore, this product is more safety than traditional product.

The oil flow of traditional product will turn to slowly if the temperature getting down. The door may hard to move(freeze) if the temperature very low. Our product hasn’t this problem cause no oil operation.

The user need to against both resistances (spring and oil) when open the door with traditional product. This product hasn’t oil resistance cause no oil operation , so the open force is lighter. The open force just 2.2-2.6 kgs if door 100kgs.

After several years used. If the door can’t close auto. after adjusted the speed valve, the user can adjust to increase the close force to solve this problem.
